WANTED: Mover/Hauler for couch to balcony hoist

Hello - I recently purchased a standard 3 seat couch (94x23) and it couldn’t fit in the front door. My go to furniture delivery guy is unavailable until May and was wondering if anyone out there can assist with a hoist through the balcony door? We had to move it through the window in the past so I’m thinking this would be a little bit easier. The balcony is approx 10 feet off the ground so would likely need someone with experience doing these. We can discuss over phone to see if it’s a doable job.
