Small addition for storage

Description

I need framing work. I want to build a storage room that will use two existing outside walls of the house and add 2 new walls to enclose space - see photo of existing space. Area would be 7 feet wide and 9 feet long, completely enclosing the outside window. Roof should come to top op window (about 10 feet) and have the same pitch as existing house roof. Floor can be wood. I will entertain bids to just do framing (I would complete walls, roof, siding, and door) or the complete structure. Structure must meet code (ie, footings, permit) and plan must be accepted by HOA.
