JANITOR/ CLEANER JOB DESCRIPTION DETAIL CLEANING - buildings, offices, houses PREPARES ITEMS- towels,wash cloths, and bedding for Airbnb FLOOR CLEANING - Including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, picking up large objects off the floor DUSTING - High and low dusting DUSTING - and wiping down furniture, doors, light fixtures and switches, woodwork and window sills EMPTY trash and replace liners CLEAN and disinfect bathrooms (sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, floors, wall, etc.) CLEAN and disinfect kitchens (sinks, refrigerators, counters, appliances, stove, etc.) MAKE BEDS LIFT up to 30LBS PERFORM additional duties as needed EXCELLENT communication and organizational skills PROBLEM solver WORK as part of a team BE a self starter PAY close attention to detail MUST be dependable HAVE a positive attitude ALWAYS be professional VALID drivers license is a plus but not needed to apply
