With multiple offices and service counters in Pennsylvania, our company is growing and we’re looking for experienced individuals to help us serve our customers. We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to operate inside of our Philadelphia warehouse. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized, quick-learner with experience in order fulfillment. Core Job functions include: - Manually filling orders of all shapes, sizes, and quantities into packages and preparing for shipment. - Stocking and organizing boxes throughout multiple warehouses. - Quality control throughout the picking and packing process. - Inventory counts, as needed. - Working inside a close, team environment to ensure daily fulfillment requirements. - Develop critical product understanding to best support customers’ questions and needs. Essential Job Requirements: - 3+ years of work experience in a warehouse/operations setting - High School Diploma - Valid Driver’s License - Ability to lift +75lbs Job Character Requirements: - Heavy attention to detail - Ability to learn and apply quickly - Thrives in high production environment - Works well with others - Positive attitude - Comfortability in an industrial setting.
