At Home Real Estate Services is a Growing Property Management Company that has a career opportunity available in a fast-paced, professional, fun working environment for a Maintenance Technician.  We are seeking a talented individual to join our team to assist with routine maintenance, home turns after residents move out, and other maintenance repairs as needed.  We are looking for a team player with the right mix of work ethic, personality, and skills. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, be extremely organized, and able to perform well under pressure. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with a background in maintenance with experience in the following areas would be preferred.  Drywall Repair Painting  Ie. Walls, Trim, Ceilings, Cabinets, etc.  Laminate / Vinyl Plank Flooring Installation Minor Plumbing  Ie. Faucet replacement, fixing minor leaks, shower cartridge replacement, etc.  Basic Carpentry  Ie. Deck Stairs, Fence Repairs, Cabinet door repair, etc.  Minor Electrical  Ie. Doorbells, Outlet replacement, replacing ceiling fans, etc.  Smart Phone Savvy with the ability to use online software and attach pictures via your phone.  Job Description: Responding and Completing Maintenance Jobs submitted by residents Completing Unit Turns after Residents move out.   Using company systems to: Schedule work with Residents, Submit Hours, Add Notes on Repairs, Add Before and After Pictures of work completed. Following COVID safety procedures.  Working closely with the in-office Maintenance team Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 - 5:30 with an hour lunch.  OT available based on maintenance call volume. *Background Check Required Benefits include paid vacation time after one year, major holidays off, and provided company shirts.
