I'm starting a new marketing company and need a sales team. This can be a great opportunity for anyone who wants to make some extra money on their free time or as a flexible full time career. Our main target for now is mom and pop restaurants, food and drink establishments, etc. I will be meeting with people who are interested this week to hand out materials and a few minutes of training. basically you will talk to business owners about our company doing a marketing event or campaign for them. there are different packages but the simplest one to understand and explain is one package which a team goes to the restaurant and does a marketing campaign for that day, which may include giving away free food samples, notifying the surrounding neighboring businesses and cars of the promotion, etc. I am looking for an area manager so the person with the most sales in the first 30 days will have the opportunity to be a manager and earn a portion of every marketing event booked! pay will be $100 for every event booked. you can go to different restaurants and businesses all day and earn a lot of money or talk to the owner/manager whenever you go grab lunch and earn a few hundred a week. Area manager will earn $20 for every event booked by someone else as well as the $100 per event they book. This is over simplifying the company to one product but it gives you a good overview of how it will work.
