Must have basic to advanced skills in: • Carpentry • Painting • Plumbing • Electrical Must be available immediately to start work. Must be strong and agile and able to lift at least 50 pounds. Steady work - 20 to 40 hours per week. Must be available for some after hours and weekend work. You: -must have your own basic tools--we may supply others for your use -must have valid driver's license -will use your own vehicle--pickup truck for carrying larger items may be necessary -will be subject to a background check and periodic drug testing -must be trustworthy and dependable -are organized -will get quotes, schedule appts., arrange for larger projects to be done by outside contractors -will be able to write comprehensive, professional weekly or monthly reports on progress of work being done -will be able to work with several different strong personalities in a professional manner. Work will be on rental houses, personal residence and an office building. Work will be everything from moving boxes and cleaning building exteriors to basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.
