Hiring Caregiver for Our Daughter--25+ Hours/Week

Hello! My husband and I need to hire a nanny 24-30 hours/week ASAP. Care will be for our 7 month old daughter, who loves to play outside, read books and is on a consistent schedule. We have the opportunity to work from home part-time, so we have flexibility on the schedule. Ideally, we'd like a few consistent, longer days per week in a row (Mon-Wed, Tues-Friday etc), but we are open to adjusting from semester to semester for a student etc. We also need someone for at least 3-6 months--consistency is important to our family, and to our daughter's development. We require someone who has previous childcare/babysitting experience, a reliable car (although driving on the job is limited) and a clear criminal background. Someone who grew up caring for kids, even within their own family, is a plus. Pay is based on experience, but anywhere from $15-$16.50/hour. Please email with more information.
