Window washer needed for 3 luxury condo units

I own three units in the Pinnacle building downtown and would like to hire someone to periodically clean the windows, from within, and from outside by utilizing the many balconies. This all glass building occasionally sends its own crew to clean from their aerial work platforms outside, but this isn't done quite enough so I need you to supplement their work and keep it clean!
