One (1) drop-off box per 100000 voters. You will be shot by the local sheriff if you attempt to hand out a bottle of water to voters waiting at the polls. Polls will be open from 9am to 5 pm, but counties may petition the state to extend it 2 hours. Their decision is final and not appealable. You may only drop-off your ballot during business hours. Basically, let's make it harder for blacks and lower class people to vote. TRULY UN-AMERICAN!!! FDT
