I have a studio space equipped with a reliable 5 piece Pearl export kit. It's equipped with a PA system so if you want to practice with jam tracks you can put them through the PA system. Technically it's just large enough that you can rehearse with a band there. Bass rig and mics, stands, are on site also. 24/7 access. Ultimately when the space is fully booked people will have a designated day of the week to practice however if you like playing during the day or late night it's pretty much wide open anytime. Currently bands only rehearse there on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday evening so there's plenty of time available. 50 bucks per month. Cheers.
