GDN Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help service our apartments throughout Cincinnati, Ohio.
Thursday-Sunday 6p-9p.
Pay: Based on experience
An ideal candidate can do: painting, drywall, finish plumbing, finish electrical, doors, windows, trim, cleaning, landscaping, flooring, tile, etc.
MUST have own vehicle and tools.
MUST be able to lift and move typical building materials independently. (40+ lbs)
MUST have great time management and ability to keep a record of work.
MUST be happy to interact with and help our tenants.
