found dog - needs a home

hi, my coworker found this dog around east chestnut by the creek about a year ago. shes been taking care of him but can no longer due to health problems, and he does not fit our lifestyle as he is high energy and very needy for attention, and we're gone a lot for work. hes about 3 or 4, neutered, very very friendly to dogs, cats, children, you name it. id like to find his original owner if possible. but if no one comes to claim him, im willing to rehome him to another family. there would be a small rehoming fee to assure he will be going to a good home. i would prefer text.
