Small private college in East Orlando looking for a full time custodian (40 hours per week).
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Keeps facility and restrooms clean and maintained, offering a safe and enjoyable environment for students, staff, and faculty
2. Adheres to fixed schedules to meet customer expectations.
3. Follows provided cleaning schedule for facilities.
4. Assist with delivering packages, including heavy boxes (up to 50 ibs) to destination.
5. Provides assistance and facility support for campus events.
6. Light maintenance work.
7. Ensure cleaning supplies are amply stocked.
8. Be proactive in reporting safety and security issues to property management company.
9. Builds rapport with students and employees, allowing them to have a sense of safety and security.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
