Gardening help for Japanese Garden

One exceptional and perspicacious person wanted to help with spring cleanup in my Japanese garden. College degree and 10 years’ post-college professional experience preferred, in any field. Knowledge of botany, horticulture, or landscaping a plus, but not required. Tasks include weeding, sorting rocks, raking leaves, and moving plants. It does not require strength but, rather, care and tenacity. Overall, I am looking for someone who understands the garden aesthetic and can enhance its beauty and tranquility. Pay is $20/hour. Please reply in any way you feel expresses your interest and qualifications. Work volume is approximately 5 to 10 hours per week through June, with flexible hours adapted to weather and your schedule. Help is likely needed again in the fall also.
