Maintenance Worker Bristol Court Condominium Assn. Park Ridge, IL 18.72 Hourly Full-Time Benefits: medical, vision, dental, life insurance Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team. You will perform necessary work to keep the complex running smoothly. Duties include but are not limited to: Repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical work, drywall patching and painting, light carpentry, snow removal and light landscaping Yo will be on-call rotation Must have the ability to replace broken parts/equipment is required. Performance of other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Must have 2-3 years experience in maintenance or related fields. Demonstrate familiarity with both power and hand-held tools and equipment. Be deadline driven and detail-oriented. We are a union shop with union wages and a benefits package that includes paid sick time, vacation time and health insurance.
