Job Details: The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented with a strong initiative to take on a wide variety of tasks. The candidate should possess the ability to effectively communicate, and has proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving and prioritizing workloads. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance to support the following: -Plumbing -HVAC -Refrigeration -Kitchen equipment -Any other areas that can be maintained to prolong the life of the equipment and prevent issues before they arise. Ability to perform basic repairs in the following areas (but not limited to): -Plumbing -Electrical -Kitchen equipment and appliances -Light millwork -Painting -Doors -Tile work -Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects, updates to existing or new business opportunities -Responds to and investigates maintenance requests in a timely fashion. -Provide “on-call” coverage as needed. -Drive automobiles, vans, and/or trucks, to transport materials between locations. -Load, haul and deliver supplies, equipment, and/or materials -Use appropriately motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift, and by hand -Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 70 lbs. occasionally) Valid Driver’s license required. Self-starting, must be able to work independently, with or without supervision. Good communicator, both written & verbal. Familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus(forklifts, pallet jacks) Compensation: Competitive pay. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
