Under the Supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Porter supports maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to maintain the community in a clean and orderly condition. Porter Services Responsibilities • Maintaining the cleanliness, physical appearance, and curb appeal of the community in line with the established standards including the grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, leasing office, pools, amenities and other common areas • Employee must arrive at 130 N Citrus Ranch Rd, Anaheim, CA 92805. • Start time from 8 am-5pm Monday- Friday. • Maintain company standards with respect and safe practices. • Provide assistance to the maintenance and landscape staff when requested. • Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by cleaning vacant apartments and common areas daily and reporting any maintenance repairs as required. • Responsible for the maintenance upkeep of various community amenities as assigned by the Community/Service Manager. • Complete full/partial paint jobs of units as needed; Paint curbs, touch up walls or fences. • Clean BBQ’s which entails assembling and disassembling, utilizing BBQ cleaners, and scrubbing BBQ’s. • Pick up loose mail, trash, debris, and disposing of it appropriately. • Ability to use approved chemicals/cleaning solutions and read an SDS sheet Requirements • Ability to work well with staff, visitors and residents. • Self-motivated, efficient and able to adapt to a variety of cleaning situations as they arise. • A sense of pride in keeping the community looking great.
