Seeking EXPERIENCED Working Foreman/Lead man to run wet utility projects in Orange County, San Diego, LA County and Inland Empire. We specialize in the installation of sewer, storm drain, fire and water. This position REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: running/managing crews. Managing jobs efficiently; writing daily progress reports; leading safety/tailgate meetings with crews and inspectors; trench excavation and must be able to read, understand, sequence, and schedule all construction activities including: preparation of complete material takeoffs, managing execution of subcontract agreements, implementing health safety, storm water and pollution prevention plans, planning and scheduling labor and equipment utilization, scheduling and managing subcontractors, maintaining construction schedules, evaluate changes in contract or site conditions, and maintain as built drawings. We offer competitive pay, benefits after 60 days include paid sick/vacation time, all major holidays paid. IMMEDIATE WORK, 40+ hours a week with overtime available.
