Job Summary: To perform general cleaning/sanitation duties and maintains premises in a clean and orderly fashion at Trinchero Family Estates facilities. Essential Functions: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. •General housekeeping to include cleaning partitions in restrooms, guardhouse, scale house, warehouse areas, break rooms, conference rooms, locker rooms, etc. •Maintain employee entrance lobbies, breakroom areas/kitchens at all facilities to include ordering inventory items and necessary supplies as needed. •General cleaning of any of TFE facilities to include mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, windows/glass, and general cleaning. •Maintains all facilities exteriors to include cleaning patio furniture, general patio area, de-webbing, cleaning light fixtures, sweeping walkways etc. •Maintains stock levels of paper and cleaning supplies in all storage areas, break rooms and restrooms. Including taking inventory and delivering product when necessary. •Distributes cleaning rags and mops to all facilities and collects dirty for laundry •Puts supplies away in an orderly fashion in the Housekeeping storage area. •Maintain clean and organized Housekeeping warehouse including taking garbage and recycling out •Process coffee recycling programs (weighing and mailing) for all break rooms •Monitors trash and recyclables in break rooms and work areas to coordinate sorting and removal as needed. •Responsible for understanding TFE’s Quality Management System related activities, including the quality policy, ISO awareness, GMP’s, and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent preferred •At least 1 year commercial cleaning experience preferred •Valid California’s driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean DMV record •Gracious, courteous attitude with co-workers and guests of the winery. •Must be well groomed and congenial and have the ability to work well with others in the public eye •Must be detail oriented •Ability to follow verbal and/or written directions •Thorough knowledge of professional housekeeping Working Conditions: •Must be able to lift 50 pounds •Exposure to outside elements (heat, wet and/or damp conditions, cold) •May require heavy physical work (lifting, bending, climbing, pulling, or squatting for long periods of time) •Work schedule will include weekends, evenings and holidays •Long hours during crush and peak periods (including all shifts) •Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities Apply at: Trinchero Family Estates provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
