Part time sales position, 5-10 hours per week at $20 per hour plus 10% commission on all sales. Flexible schedule but must be able to make calls during normal business hours, weekdays. This is a temp to hire position working from home. Must have good cell reception/ or land line to make local calls to the Seattle area for Real Estate related services for video production. Must be comfortable making cold calls, and good command of the English language, will train and provide script. No previous experience in real estate required but helpful and appreciated. Must have: -Proven Sales Success -Ability to multitask -Attention to detail -Be able to work independently while holding a team forward attitude -Have an updated Laptop or desktop computer -Ability to research The Daily: -Daily Leads are already set for you -Give your best consultation to clients putting customer needs 1st for each location -Prepare bid, contract and closing the deal happens on the spot -Follow up with customers that did not contract on first contact -CRM system is detailed and must be updated with every appt along with the follow through of the process -Make commission on every sale Please reply with Cover Letter and Resume.
