If they're really serious about getting guns off the streets, maybe they should be going after the people who use their guns on the street. Government authorities should start going door-to-door in inner city neighborhoods and confiscate guns from actual CRIMINALS. After we see how that works out, maybe then government can talk to law-abiding citizens about turning in their guns.
