Lost tan spotted Bengal cat

My bengal cat went missing 4/6/21. Normally he isn't gone for more than 6 hours. Tan spotted and should have a brown spiked collar with name tag on it and he's microchipped. He's on a very strict diet for his kidneys I'm worried someone else may also be trying to feed him regular food. Incredibly sweet cat please let me know if you have any information.
