Hiring Immediately -Looking for direct care staff who has previously experience working with women who are developmentally disabled with behavioral health diagnosis - Assist the consumers in the home with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home - Provide support to the consumers and assisting with meeting the goals on their Individual Program Plan - Maintain open communication with all staff regarding behaviors, appointments, and special incidents - To be a team player in the work environment - Assist the consumers with completing their assisted daily living skills, in the community, and financial management -Maintain a safe environment for all -Be able to perform all duties assigned - Ensure the consumers rights are not being violated and they are treated with respect and dignity Qualifications and Skills: DSP I/II required CPR Certified Clean Driving Record Live Scan Previous experience working with the developmentally disabled Must be able to work weekends
