PART TIME STORAGE MAINTENANCE compensation: Starting $13/hr part-time *Working Part-time 3 days per week approx. 15-20 hours, *Available to work Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM *Maintaining the property clean and presentable including but not limited to: cleaning vacant units, mopping, sweeping, picking up trash around property, emptying trash bins, light electrical, plumbing, painting, lifting, landscaping, light HVAC and general maintenance Successful candidates will possess the following skills: People-person with a customer-service mentality Self-starter who is proactive and independent, yet can work well with supervisors No criminal history, dependable and able to start immediately.
