Yard work, odd jobs, helping senior citizens

Looking for a young man or woman who enjoys yard work, trimming, blowing, power washing and other home maintenance jobs. Should have own transportation and be flexible; I'm flexible as well. Must be able to relate to people, especially senior citizens. Moderate physical strength is important. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have references of reliability and work ethic. There are no set hours, but as opportunities prevent themselves (which lately have been many).
