We are looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber to assist with commercial/residential plumbing projects. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance as well as installing systems according to blueprints or other technical documents. You also oversee apprentice plumbers who have not achieved their journeyman status as they clear blockages and make minor repairs. All employees must follow OSHA regulations and maintain a clean workspace. Duties and Responsibilities Install and repair plumbing and drainage systems Locate and repair leaks in piping Install or replace fixtures Clear drain blockages Oversee apprentices on-site Document issues and repairs Follow OSHA regulations Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Completion of technical training through a trade school or apprenticeship State licensure Commercial plumbing experience preferred Valid driver’s license Blueprint reading skills Physical stamina Our company is looking for an Excavator Operator to move dirt and other materials on the job site. Our ideal candidate has completed a relevant apprenticeship, but we consider all individuals possessing the appropriate skillset. You must be able to coordinate and collaborate with other workers and supervisors on-site, so clear communication skills are crucial. You should have the skills to operate most pieces of heavy equipment, such as a loader, dozer, or backhoe. Trucking experience, including experience with both driving and loading and unloading materials, is also a plus.
