Job Description Landscape Endeavors Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Landscape and Irrigation Crew Members for laborer positions that can work well with others and help install landscape materials. Landscape Endeavors has been in the Colorado Springs Market for 23 years and is well and established in the market. We are growing and expanding. The ideal candidate will have experience on a commercial construction jobsite with knowledge of landscaping processes such as sequence of work, and means and methods of jobsite tasks. This is not a maintenance position. Recruitment bonuses also apply for bringing in members who stay for 6 months. Landscape Crew Member Responsibilities: -Able to perform manual labor as required. -Attend safety meetings and maintain a culture of safety. -Utilize trenchers and other equipment to complete the job. -Install shrubs, trees, sod, edging, various mulches, perform site grading. -Install irrigation system components such as pvc pipe and sprinkler heads. -Notify supervisor of equipment and material needs. Landscape Crew Member Qualifications: -Authorized to work in the U.S. -1 year of commercial landscape experience. -Able to take direction from Landscape and Irrigation Foremen. -Positive attitude and willingness to work hard. -Reliable transportation to the jobsite. Landscape Crew Member Qualifications: Retirement Program. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
