6 year old cat needs to be rehomed

I purchased her a couple years ago from the pound and she is a wonderful cat. Liter box trained. Loves to hunt things in a fenced backyard. And is a sweet cat who just wants to nap around the house. She however doesn’t like my dog. At all. She needs to be the only animal. I’ve given her a lot of time but she just won’t come around to the idea of having another animal in the house. I had my dog when I got her so I hoped she would eventually just get used to her, but it’s not happening. I can’t bring myself to take her back to the pound because of her age I worry she’ll never be rehomed. She is the perfect cat otherwise. She has her claws and is spayed. She is not a clingy cat that follows your around meowing, but still loves attention. She does love to catch her toy and carry it around very proudly as though she caught it while out hunting. Let me know if you think she’s a good fit for you. I’m not in a rush. I just want the perfect home for her because she deserves it.
