looking for indoor occasional work space

Looking for a little area indoors where I can do simple woodworking. Don't need much space. I'll have a rock tumbler I'd like to run, but it's very low power. I'll bring my own power tools, also low power and battery powered. I don't need dedicated space - others could use it while I'm not there. Doesn't need to be heated/cooled. I like leaving spaces cleaner than I found them. Let me know if you have a space you're willing to share.
