FULL-TIME FENCE INSTALLERS WANTED We are an experienced, family-owned fencing company based out of Elmwood Park, New Jersey. We are currently looking to hire fence installers. Position offered is full-time & hours are Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, some Saturday availability & opportunity for overtime. We work in NJ mainly, & occasionally in NY & CT! Pay to be determined based on skills, experience, & qualifications. We are willing to train! Position available immediately pending background check & drug screen results. BENEFITS: - Weekly Paycheck - PTO & Sick Time - Holiday Pay - 401k - Medical Benefits Available - Prevailing Wage Work Available RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have reliable transportation. - Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License – (preferred, but not required) - Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds – (REQUIRED) - Basic knowledge of construction procedures, able to properly use equipment, tools & machinery (i.e.: Bobcat, Forklift, etc.) and/or able to learn quickly - Fence installation experience and/or knowledge (preferred, but not required) - Welding Experience & Fabrication is a plus - OSHA 30 is a plus - Inspect & test vehicle(s) & equipment daily to ensure they are operating safely & correctly - Securely loading trucks with necessary equipment & materials to complete daily workload - Reporting to assigned job with foreman & reviewing job - Cleaning, restocking & maintaining trucks for needed materials for future installations - Perform other duties and/or tasks as instructed & assigned EXPECTATIONS: - MUST SHOW UP ON TIME, MOTIVATED & READY TO WORK! - Must be able to work well with others, as a team player, but also independently - Must be willing to work outdoors - Customer Service Skills are a plus - Must be able to understand the requirements necessary to complete the installation(s) & to ensure each job is handled in a professional manner - Requires working from detailed instructions - Ability to continually follow & practice safety rules + guidelines; ability to read, analyze & interpret documents such as operating & maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions If you are interested in this position, please reply by email (with the subject line “FENCE INSTALLER POSITION”) either with your resume, or we can e-mail you an application.
