Looking for dependable, detail oriented people that are interested taking ownership of the role and responsibilities. Duties include: Cleaning offices, Lobby areas, restrooms and entryways. Mop floors, dust mop and empty trash. Inspect walls, carpet and flooring for needed repairs or trip hazards. Damp wipe tables and chairs, wipe down doors and signage. vacuum daily Wipe down doors and hand sanitizers daily, refill as needed Wipe down air sanitation system and inspect electrical outlets. Replace HEPA filter and safety covers as needed Dust, wipe down, and sanitize child play areas, tables and chairs Clean sinks, faucets, tables, appliances Clear all debris (leaves, sticks, garbage), ensure signage and lighting on building and in parking lot is working properly, and empty garbage. Check paper towels, toilet paper, seat covers, sanitary napkin containers soap dispensers and restocked as needed. Employees must be able to pass background check and a drug screen at time of offer.
