Project managers have the responsibility of the planning, procurement, and execution of a project, in any undertaking that has a defined scope, defined start, and a defined finish. This person is responsible for controlling every stage of roofing installations or repairs for commercial and residential properties. The goal is to complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that roofing teams are working in safe conditions. To carry out their duties, roofing project mangers require skills and experience in supervision, cost management and project planning, in addition to knowledge of roofing techniques and materials. Managers must be able to recognize, address, and solve any disruptions in the building process or conflicts with properties owners. Customer service must be professional and managed within a timely manner to provide the highest quality of work. Communication between roofing teams, leaders, and properties owners is a key role to provide a higher level of service. 2+ Years of Experience - Required Transportation- Required OSHA Certified- Preferred
