Maintenance technician, renovation foreman, renovation assistant, laborers. Full time, year round (including all winter), get paid every week on the books. If it's in a house or apartment, you'll work on it. Patch, paint, light plumbing and electric, exteriors, windows, cabinets, appliances, extermination, clean ups, heavy lifting, landscaping, snow, concrete, etc it goes on. This is steady work with a company that will treat you well and not lay you off. We have had no layoffs during the Coronavirus. If you’re experienced--work with autonomy, run your own crew. If you’re not experienced this is a great way to get your feet wet in construction. You'll work directly for a master carpenter and be involved in all phases of complete home renovations. We will train you, be ready to work hard. Wage will vary based on experience. Opportunities for overtime. Generous paid time off including the first year plus paid holidays.
