Keala o Wailea, Condo Association Job Posting: Part Time Position - Maintenance Associate Job Summary: We are looking for a hard-working individual that wants to join the team in managing a unique resort style condominium association in Wailea. This Position will support the Site Manager in routine and special tasks, with a focus on the overall cleanliness of the property. This position requires a self-motivated person with a strong work ethic. He/She must be able to politely and professionally communicate with association residents. The Job offers great pay, depending on qualifications. Schedule is Monday and Tuesday 3pm – 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am – 11:30am. Qualified Candidates must live in Maui and must pass a Background Check and Drug Test. Job Responsibilities: - Clean Common Area’s within Buildings and Recreation Area - Clean Bathrooms and Gym Area - Close down Pool Area - Light Tiki Torches at Recreation Area - Fill in for Full-Time Staff during Sick/Vacation Time Qualifications/Requirements: - Punctuality and Reliability are a Must - Fast-paced environment with lots of walking and stairs - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Requires contact with cleaning chemicals - Ability to Lift 50lbs - Ability to Pull and Bend repeatedly - Ability to solve problems independently Job Type: Part-time
