Here at Five-star Installs Windows, Doors, and More, we are looking for installation crew members at all levels, from helper to supervisor. If you have customer service skills and care about the work that you do while also having the ability to work well with others in a respectful & team like manner * Must be diligent, detail-oriented, honest, reliable, punctual, and dependable. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized & positive environment * Flexible and adaptable to change. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. * Consistent work history/ strong work ethic you may be a good fit for us. Must have prior EXPERIENCE installing: - Replacement Windows, - Sliding Doors, - Hinged Doors. This is a Full-Time position. This is Not Temporary Work. Pay depends on skills. Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly or Twice monthly Job Duties include: - Tear out existing windows & doors from all types of residential construction such as Masonry, Double Red Brick, and Frame Stucco (done with sill pans). Mostly frame over installs with a stucco frame. - Tear out old wood, steel sash, aluminum, or vinyl windows and doors. - Install new aluminum or vinyl windows and doors in any of these applications. - Install new Vinyl Windows and Doors using the Flush Fin, nail fin & pull frame (with sill pans) method of installation. - Perform all finish work needed, such as trim, caulking, minor patching. - Frame openings - Finish carpentry - be well versed on safe work practices and practice them. The person we hire MUST: #1- be available to work Monday - Saturday. #2- have reliable transportation #3- caulking experience #4-be healthy enough to lift and carry heavy windows.
