Responsibilities: • Construction of post frame buildings per the direction of the Site Foreman • Consistently deliver Foltz Buildings quality and service standards • Follow OSHA guidelines and ensure all safety precautions are met • Assemble or disassemble scaffolding, braces & other temporary equipment • Represent Foltz Buildings in a professional manner • Additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Carpentry or construction experience preferred • Experience with hand and power tools and various machinery preferred • Ability to work at heights of more than 20 feet comfortably and safely • Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended time periods • Comfortable lifting over 50 pounds on a regular basis • Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions • Ability to read and understand drawings, plans and blueprints • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively • High mathematical aptitude • Problem-solving abilities • High school diploma or equivalent required • Our laborers may be required to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet client demands and must have the ability to travel with overnight stays possible How to Apply: In addition to applying via this website, you may also apply by emailing your resume to [email protected], calling 218-847-3281 or stopping by for an application between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday – Friday at Hwy 10 West Detroit Lakes, Minnesota 56502.
