Cleaner needed - restaurant

I need someone to come wash windows, sweep / mop/ scrub floors / counters, clean refrigerators, microwaves and sinks and take out trash at my bakery. Occasionally wash stainless steel dishes. You may have to stand 2-3 feet on a ladder to clean light fixtures or move boxes / bags weighing up to 30 lbs. Nothing too strenuous or dirty. Would like to start Thursday the 7th but then have someone come every Wednesday or another day of the week but consistent schedule
