Qualifications • US work authorization (Required) • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred) • English (Preferred) • Driver's License (Required) • Able to operate a 6 Wheel Box Truck (DOT medical card required) Full Job Description • Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation to Canton, MA daily • Able to Operate 16 Ft Box Truck withing Boston and Surrounding Areas • Loading of Trucks & Vehicles Efficiently • Help install interior plants in offices and lobby • Delivery of Plants and Materials to Clients • Seasonal plantings in large planters, hanging planters, window boxes on city streets, plaza, rooftop, courtyards and exterior areas • Work closely with Managers watch and learn how to work with team members - people to plant flowers Spring, Summer and Fall, and decorative Winter plantings • Plant maintenance at Metro West/Boston/Cambridge job sites to water, prune, deadhead and monitor all plantings (hand watering with water cart) • Keep work area clean and organized • Know/learn names of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and tropical plants • Holiday design services (interior & exterior) What we are looking for: • Energetic, self-starters that like to “stay busy” • Ability to Work Independently • Landscaping/Gardening experience/ Delivery Experience • Ability to lift 50 lb bags and be able to be on feet for 8-10 hr days • 2+ years’ experience preferred, but we will train • Valid driver’s license (DOT medical card required) • Full Time Employees: Competitive Benefits package offered • Full-time, Part-time • Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: • 8- hour shift (typically) Monday to Friday • COVID-19 considerations: For the safety of all crew members, we require face masks and daily health checks for sanitization and health monitoring.
