Description
*Full time experienced maintenance worker needed for local mobile home park. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge of basic construction, drywall (crack repairs, replacement) & Plaster (Walls, Drywall, Ceilings), Install lighting, plumbing fixtures, install flooring, sinks, toilets, install or repair windows, doors, door handles, plumbing, electrical and other duties as needed.
*Must have good references and valid CA Driver License.
*Great opportunity for a dependable person with long term prospects. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
