Grounds Keeper with handyman experience wanted for 20-25hrs/wk. at a pay rate of $15.00/hr. to maintain a Private property with barn and out buildings.
Responsibilities include mowing lawn, mulching & maintaining beds, repairing fence, chainsaw work as well as light carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair. A golf cart, riding mower, weed wacker, blower, chainsaw along with other various tools and equipment are provided on site.
Ideal for retiree who enjoys working outside on a beautiful property.
Pickup truck and tools a plus.
We are looking for someone who is organized with good manners and takes pride in their work.
Routine background check required.
