Need experienced local handyman for trouble shooting, and/or using your various around-the-house skills, as far as plumbing, electrical, exterior yard and front area clean ups, concrete cleaning, painting, etc., who is reasonable price wise, dependable and honest. Transportation and your own tools please. Materials covered. I want to develop an on going, on call, arrangement, for all those little, or big problems that may arise. Detached, older home, in pretty good shape. Great neighborhood. Thanks!
