Exterior maintenance worker needed for rental properties in Concord. Must be a safety conscious individual with good work ethic. Dependable transportation and valid NCDL are required. Responsibilites include, but are not limited to: Exterior work including lawn care, mowing, weed eating, blowing, raking, trimming, planting, shoveling, pressure washing. Occasional interior work including painting, cleaning, moving appliances, carpet removal, cleaning out vacant properties, and preparing for new residents. Must be able to bend and stoop, lift up to 50 lbs, and able to work in various weather conditions. Opportunity to learn more skilled trades with experienced professional. Must be safety conscious, willing to follow directions, able to work independently and be a team member as well. Integrity and honesty are essential.
