I have walls, doors and trim to paint. Caulking around trim needs to be done as well. One coat primer, two coats paint. Some wall preparation is needed so surface is flat and no tape lines show. Sanding and prepping required. Some touch up and corrections need to be done to existing paint as well as screws were not properly finished with mud and sanded. Portions of the trim may need to be replaced as it was put in poorly.
