#### LIMPIEZA / JANITORIAL EMPLOYEES NEEDED### Job Description: • Clean common areas of tower as specified on daily task schedule. • Detailed cleaning service required. • Reliable employee. • Performs other jobs as necessary. • Need good hospitality skills. • Team oriented mind set. • Communicates with building manager, building staff and company managers/supervisors. Requirements: • 2+ years building janitor, cleaner, house man. • Must be open to work with the marble polishing machine • Understanding of cleaning methods, chemicals & equipment • Spanish a Must and English a plus.
