The Company is seeking to expand its client base. Corporate Office Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida Project Locations: Miami, FL & Ft. Lauderdale, FL Status: Full-time Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roofing – specific experience with TPO, PVC and torch applied systems, BUR systems, and roof coatings. Education Level: High School Diploma Preferred Compensation: Salary commensurate with knowledge, experience, and job duties ($16-$25/hour or $33,000-$52,000) Benefits: 100% employer paid health, dental, and vision insurance with sick and vacation time, and bonuses available based on performance Job Description: Responsibilities The company is a growing commercial general contractor and roofing contractor focused on commercial property maintenance, restoration, repairs, remodeling, and roofing construction projects. The company is searching for a Roofing Technician with the ability to perform commercial roofing projects including, but not limited to TPO, PVC, BUR, and roof coatings across South Florida. Knowledge & Skills Required *Knowledge of the various commercial roofing systems *Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines *Excellent ability to complete required work in proper manner *Reliable and punctual *Very strong roofing skills Experience *High school diploma preferred *Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roofing *Must have reliable transportation and own hand tools
