Right now we are adding a General Maintenance Technician & a Grounds Technician to our team of maintenance professionals at our Boardwalk apartment community in Metairie, LA. Qualifications What you will do: As a Maintenance Technician you will perform maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing and appliances in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in. As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds, buildings and pools neat, clean and tidy. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow your career in the apartment maintenance industry! Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliance matters. Other qualifications include a valid driver's license; and, the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
