Dakine 420 manufactures soils and fertilizers targeting the Cannabis and Hemp markets. Our company is rapidly growing and offers room for advancement. We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our warehouse team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader who participates in all production activities you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to proactively ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Requirements: Proven work experience as a team leader, Basic PC skills, Forklift certified, Organizational and time management skills, basic mechanical experience, Basic PC skills, Warehouse experience. Responsibilities: Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set timelines, Organize warehouse, Set equipment maintenance schedules, Oversee day to day operations, motivate team members.
