Bible Study Anyone?

My wife and I are looking for an existing home fellowship or "house church" in or near Neosho. If one does not exist we would like to hear from those interested in attending one. What we have in mind is a small group of individuals who can become more of a "family" of believers than is usually found in more conventional churches. We believe that with a smaller group, and without paid staff or expensive buildings, we can be better stewards of what God has provided to meet the needs of others and to spread the wonderful Good News. We hope to find somewhere that the Bible is taught verse by verse, and difficult subjects can be freely discussed. We have absolutely no problem with churches who choose brick and mortar buildings with paid staff. We simply believe that a better way to for us to honor God may be through a smaller and closer group of believers. We can at least have coffee and cookies at our house while we study. Be warned, those feel the need to flag or who would contact me with mockery, I will pray earnestly for you! It may just change your life!
