*There are four time slots available for each tour date: 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm. Each tour is approximately 90 minutes long at a slow pace.
*When you purchase your ticket, please specify tour date and time you'd like.
*Tour guide is Patrizia Bonaduce, Board Member at MSV's Historic Preservation Board and local real estate broker/CEO of DWK Realty Group.
May 1st Tour: 102nd Street Walking Tour is approximately 1.3 miles long and includes 36 houses: 13 houses built in the 1920s and 23 houses built in the 1930s (One Designated Historic)
May 8th Tour: 101st Street Walking Tour is approximately 1.3 miles long and includes 29 houses: 12 houses built in the 1920s and 17 houses built in the 1930s (Four Designated Historic).
May 15th Tour: 96th Street Walking Tour is approximately 2.9 miles long and includes 29 houses: 13 houses built in the 1920s and 16 houses built in the 1930s (Eight Designated Historic).
*Valuable Historic Route Map will be included along with tickets for participants.
*Walking tour will be at slow pace along southbound and northbound sidewalks (no crossing streets)
*Bring comfy shoes & water
*Electric wheelchairs/mobility scooters for those who have difficulty walking are allowed.
